Comments/Condition: All Original St. Louis ABC O.I Flat Top. Circa 1936-37. Permit Number MO.-U-918. This is a very tough variation, note the Keglined in red on the O.I Panel. This is the earliest version of the ABC Cans. This is a dumper, solid can with no holes. Can has good colors and the face is the nicest part of the can. Seam is rusty, lids are actually pretty nice. Scattered rust, scuffs and a few small handling dings or small dents. Tough can that displays well.
