Comments/Condition: All Original And Very Tough Goebel Goebel O.I Flat Top. Very Tough can, the USBC-OI Gives this can a rarity rating of R-9, R-6. This is obviously a Dumper. There is rust, some have along the seam, scratches, dings and so on. Tough can, face still looks good.
