Comments/Condition: EL REY Low Pro Cone Top Beer can. Please note... The area I have circled in blue showed up when waving the blue light over the can. This spot that is half the size of a pencil eraser has been touched up. I then looked through a Magnifying glass and could see a very small scratch under the touched up spot. I contemplated removing the touch up paint, but decided to leave it. The rest of the can is stellar, its a shame that this was even done to the can.
